All prices quoted include standard delivery within UK mainland and UK VAT where appropriate.
Delivery
For all orders to UK Mainland delivery is FREE. For orders to Europe and UK Non-Mainland, there is a £4.95 postage charge. This is for Royal Mail International Signed for delivery. Please contact us if you would like to collect your goods at our shop.
Same day Dispatch
If your order has been placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on that day. If your order is placed after 3pm Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the following day (not including bank holidays). Orders taken on a Saturday, Sunday or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. We use 1st class Royal Mail to deliver our parcels and on most occasions your parcel will get to you within 3 days. This service is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. If you wish to receive your item guaranteed next day we are happy to provide this service at an extra cost of £4.95.
Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day money back Guarantee from the date of dispatch. If you are outside that time limit, subject to items being returned in perfect condition, you will be offered a Credit Note for the value of the goods. This can be redeemed at any time online or in the shop. Please note that for health and hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange on earrings, except if the goods are faulty, or differ from those ordered. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please send items back via recorded delivery if you require proof of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the items for something else. We are sorry but postage and packing cannot be refunded on returned items. We will not accept any returned items that have been damaged (including smelling of smoke), used or worn. If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on 015242 61214 and return the purchase to us at: Hash Browns Limited, 42 Main Street, High Bentham, Lancaster, LA2 7HN. We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Royal Mail. By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected. When returning goods, please include your name, address and your receipt (if you prefer to keep your receipt then please send us a copy). Payment The Prices shown for all of our products and delivery charges are in pounds sterling (GBP). We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via Pay Pal, one of the world’s largest credit card processing companies. Please be assured that Pay Pal offer a highly secure processing of your payment. At no time are your details held in clear text on any website, and no one sees your credit card number - not even us!
On completion of the transaction you will receive an email from our service, which will contain your invoice. Please print and retain a paper copy of this invoice. The payment will appear on your card statement as www.hashbrowns.co.uk. Should you need to contact us about your order HASHBROWNS Ltd will respond to any enquiries within 2 business days. We keep all personal and confidential information secure; it is not shared with or sold to any third parties. The information we ask for is only to verify credit card status and for the processing and dispatch of your order.
